Erin Cooley is a lifetime Charlestonian who grew up on James Island. She graduated with honors in 2002 from Academic Magnet High School, and then from College of Charleston in 2006 with a BA in fine art.
Music has been an important part of her Christian walk from the beginning, starting at 6 years old in kids choir. She grew to love the Lord most deeply through contemporary worship and has worked with many praise teams, youth groups, and churches across our diocese for years, recently ending an 11 year tenure at her childhood church on James Island.
Erin has been married to her music teaching, pastor husband, Brent for 15 years and together they have 2 beautiful children. The whole family is musical! In her spare time Erin also enjoys watercolor painting, quilt-making, cake decorating, and jewelry design.
