As a fundraiser for the preschool, we will offer “pizza days” most Thursdays and Fridays to our 2s, 3s, & 4s, classes. Participation is optional. We are excited to offer a new way to pay for your pizza! You can choose to pay by semester or by year using our online system.

Semester pizza dues are $30 for first semester and $75 for second semester. Yearly pizza dues are $95. Families paying in full will enjoy a $10 discount. If paying for a single pizza day, please send in $5 in cash or check. For those families not participating, please pack a lunch from home as usual. We hope this will come as a nice “break” from packing lunch, be fun for the kids, and help the school raise funds for improvements. We thank you in advance for your support!!

The South Carolina Aquarium is visiting HIS School with some of their amazing animals to teach us about water, wild life, and wild places in this interactive learning experience. We are excited for students to dive into a vibrant ocean habitat to learn where animals live underneath the sea. Students will get to see and touch some of the animals and learn about animal habitats around us.  

Bridge Builders 2 days/week for 3s & 4s 1:45 PM - 3:30 PM

In addition to our extended day program, we offer a social skills building class called Bridge Builders led by parent coach and developmental consultant Melissa V. Ruge, M.Ed, BCBA and her staff following extended day 2 times per week. Bridge Builders is a play-based social skills program that focuses on teamwork, positive communication skills, kindness, sharing, manners, perspective-taking, and much more.

Connecting Bridge Therapy

We have developed a partnership with Connecting Bridge Therapy as a resource when additional support or assessment is needed. Connecting Bridge Therapy offers family coaching, school shadowing services for children with emerging special needs, language therapy, and after-school skills tutoring for learners needing a little extra teaching time.
